Challenges as a Single Parent

Summary

In this Episode, I'm discussing the challenges of being a single parent. Feeling shunned and shamed for being a single parent and the unfairness of it. I share my  experiences and the difficulties of not having a co-parent to talk to or share the load with. Also about the struggle of not being able to tap out and the constant pressure of being the sole provider. I highlight the importance of connection and alone time, which can be challenging as a single parent. Reminding you're not alone and that you are doing the best you can.
